Everest names Steve Reiss as Northeast Regional Executive for insurance division

Everest, a provider of reinsurance and insurance solutions, has named Steve Reiss as the US Northeast Regional Executive for Everest Insurance.

In this role, Reiss will be responsible for overseeing performance and client service across the Northeast region. He will report to Craig Hanrahan, Head of Field Operations Insurance, based in New York.

Reiss brings more than 30 years of underwriting and broking experience. He joins Everest from AIG, where he most recently served as President of the Northeast Zone, focusing on client and broker engagement.

Previously, he was the Corporate Risk & Broking Leader for the Northeast Region at WTW. His background also includes senior leadership roles at Chubb and Marsh.

“Steve’s trusted leadership, deep broker and client relationships, and proven track record of delivering exceptional service make him an excellent addition to our US retail field operations team,” said Craig Hanrahan.

“His leadership across the Northeast region will further strengthen our strategy and enhance the superior service we provide to our retail clients and broker partners.”
